LABYRINTH (Portrait of Jay Brannan) Pencil on paper 14 x17 2008 Jay Brannan is an actor/singer/ songwriter based in NYC. Jay was first brought to my attention as a lead actor in the movie "Short Bus". It is only recently that I learned about his music and got a brief view into his life. After a bit more research my creative juices began to spill out on paper. "Labyrinth" is the end result combining Jay's writings and music as well as his emotional and physical characteristics.
